Great and interesting talk.i think growth forms part of our lifes, such as emotional as physical. Our goals, our lost,to fall,to give up,to began again, all of these kind of things teach us.I think meditation could be a help for us for being here and now,I dont know if I'm explaining right.Defenetly the talk has been pretty nice.Congratulations Julia!
I agree with you Julia, Monday is the easiest day about diet😁😁, but when Tuesday comes omg😕
Nice show with Rosanna she is an amazing girl, I don't know her history like you, but I think she is very successful in everything she does, congrats both of you because you are a good example of success, 👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😀
Mental, emotional, physical, economic, are my priority about growth, and speaking of myself I believe that the last 10 years I had a very good experience about growth, I change of job and I'm doing something that I like more than my last job I was a delivery guy on a dentist clinic and I don't felt the sensation to be in a right place, you know what I mean, they weren't mean, not at all, but you know I found the opportunity to change to my current job, I self coffee like hot cakes, well not at the moment due to the covid situation, but I spent the whole day doing things who I love more than my last job, like you said, every job is totally respected, and I think in my case this is my personal growth 😁sorry for the long message🙏🏾😀😬
Hi, Julia! It's always nice to listen to your podcasts and your voice. if you don't mind, could you please tell me how to do this sequence, using an example from the basics of your book. " 1. Which is the first day of the week? What are you asking me? I'm asking you...." 🤔 I'm stuck here. Big hug from Brazil. Once more, thank you!
