What people are truly asking with this question? They don’t necessarily want to change the other person, but what they really talking about is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is more than a catch phrase. It’s not just about emotions and controlling your emotions – although that’s part of it. There are about 28 different areas that comprise your emotional intelligence.
