The Jesuit motto Ad Maiorem Dei Gloriam -- Latin for "For the Greater Glory of God" and often abbreviated AMDG -- has been carved into buildings, printed on license plates, set to music, and written on the top of exams by nervous high school and college students. Attributed to St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, the motto reminds us that we should seek to do everything in praise of God and for the betterment of our neighbor. In this podcast from the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States, Jesuits and friends come together to look at the world through Ignatian eyes, always striving to live Ad Maiorem Dei Gloriam. Hosted by Mike Jordan Laskey. Learn more at jesuits.org.
