Have you ever wondered this yourself? I know that I certainly have. And it can be a frustrating question because what if you’re not improving? So in this episode, I’ll tell you about a few things that I have done to check and see if I am improving.

You can know that you are improving by looking back at study notes from the past.

You can know that you have improved when certain idioms or grammatical forms are easier for you to use now than they used to be.
